Why we’re different
It’s the diversity for us
We are the first membership to intake members according to an inclusion policy (which means we prioritise women of colour and underrepresented groups). We’re also super proud to support business diversity, so all kinds of industries and levels of entrepreneurship are represented and celebrated here.
We’re engaged! But not like that…
We control who we allow into our space, just call us inclusively exclusive. This means we only allow biz babes in who genuinely wanna connect with our other members, increasing the likelihood of you finding some real business friends.
We’re also weirdly close
We only intake a limited number of members to keep Babes On Waves feeling like a family affair. We also have a max capacity to combat overcrowding.
community only
For babes that see community as a priority and wanna network with other inspiring entrepreneurs and make genuine biz friends.
If you’re a couple years into your Founder journey or don’t have time for workshops, wait for our next intake wave. You’ll become part of our exclusive community so you can network, collaborate, score new gigs and build endless connections with other like-minded biz power players.
