Amongst the madness of being a founder, our busy babes took the time to try something new - they took an hour in the day to reconnect with themselves, and share the experience with other WOC babes💖
This year at BOW we've been exploring not just how to build a business as a WOC founder, but how to build a life around your business too, where you're not just working until burnout/exhaustion. We've tried Reformer Pilates, Hiking, Breathwork, Soundhealing, and when @the_floatworks invited us down to try Float therapy, we couldn't say no!🌊
